Project Description: Second

Small spaces have equally the amount of potential as a large space, however every decision needs to be very considered and thought out, to ensure you fulfill all the requirements in the parameters of the space.

This condo felt dark, uninviting, and poorly functioning. We revisited how the clients were going to be using the space, and challenged every element to ensure it was worthy of taking up valuable space.

Because this condo was a secondary space for this down-sizing couple, and they weren't planning on hosting large dinner parties, we eliminated a traditional dining area, and extended the island to allow for more casual dining. This made the space function very well, and feel huge!

Keeping the same warm gray palette throughout the entire home allowed for a flowing, harmonious feel.
